In addition to its regular programme the Rotterdam Library offers specific services, like products and activities intended for institutions of education, care or welfare.
We also lend to expatriates, those at sea or in inland shipping. Our library-on-wheels service is for anyone who lives independently and enjoys reading, but who cannot travel to the library because of illness or a physical handicap.
