E-centres

What is an E-centre?

An E-centre is a place for everyone who wishes to (learn to) work or study with or without a computer. Visitors can take a language or computing course, use educational software, chat,  e-mail, use the internet or study in a quiet place.

Who for?
The E-centre is for both young and old. You do not  have to be a library member. hose who need help can always call in an attendant. School groups and welfare institutions can visit the E-centre by prior arrangement.

You are welcome at our E-centres for things like
• a Dutch language course;
• preparing and printing your CV;
• sending and receiving foreign family e-mails;
• looking up information via the internet for school papers or talks.

Various software programmes
Apart from Internet and MS Office the library E-centres offer various instructive software programmes, for example an encyclopaedia and arithmetic, language, history, geography and typing courses. You can even practice your moped certificate or driver’s licence theory here!
